We are looking for a qualified Social Media Specialist to join our team. If you have atalent for creating pitch-perfect social copy that grabs instant attention, know your wayaround the latest platform trends, and can craft an Insta Story as naturally as you shootphotos and video from your smartphone, then we would like to meet you.

Responsibilities Manage different online community channels and social media on a regularbasis. Strategize, organize and build content for social media to engage the onlineaudience and increase traction on the different channels. Create and incorporate social media strategies through competitive analysis,channel recognition, benchmarking, advertising, and audience recognition. Generate, edit, publish and distribute everyday content that establishes positiveconnections and inspires community members to take action. Explore the new task of the platforms and suggest new interaction positionsaccordingly. Track the results of the campaign, compile lessons, and change the strategy tofurther boost the results of the campaign and reach the KPI of the campaign. Track the activities of the social media rival, produce results and providesufficient analysis Project, submit, and use the budget online and offline.

Qualifications

 Diploma/Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Marketing, Communications,Business, New Media or Public Relations Good communication skills in English is a must-have (proficiency in an additionallanguage is a plus point) Previous work experience managing social media platforms and content creationis preferred Excellent understanding of local communities Detailed oriented and a creative problem solver Strong project management and execution abilities Strong work ethics and performance-driven Keen sense of creative aesthetics and design Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
