Marketing Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a client service-oriented, dependable team member with excellenttime-management, communication, and organizational skills. The Marketing Associatewill report to our Marketing Manager. In this role, you will support everything that goeson behind the scenes to bring campaigns to life. We are looking for individuals who cando the "easy stuff" and rise to the challenge of handling more complex issues anddriving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of the company marketingstrategy Assist in the development of a go-to-market strategy to announce new products,features, and structure. Support weekly reporting by monitoring and delivering performance metrics, suchas open, click, and conversion data. Develop, update, and manage all communication pieces (e.g., presentations,pamphlets,videos, website content) for clients and funders. Work closely with marketing and creative teams to develop and maintain bestpractices across communication channels. Evaluate the impact of marketing programs and projects in achieving their statedobjectives and make recommendations for improvements and adjustments toincrease performance. Research and analyze external market information, including market trends,competitor offerings, product specifications, and compliance market trends, anduse findings to help guide the department's direction and activities.

Qualifications

 Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related fields Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently Have strong organizational, project management, communication skills to meetstrict deadlines and manage multiple projects. Ability to learn quickly and work in a continually changing fast-growing start-upenvironment. 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the B2B technology spaceand/or experience in compliance or financial services marketing
