Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to develop current and newcustomer relationships and generate wholesale business throughout the VenturaCounty area. The ideal candidate who wants to be successful will play a key role inincreasing revenue by managing and compromising with clients, generating leads,qualifying prospects, and closing deals. This is an entrepreneurial role with unlimitedgrowth potential.

Responsibilities Perform branding activities by understanding customer needs and analyzingapplications. Provide customer-oriented pre-sale and post-sale services, collect and organizecustomer information, and direct information to the manager. Maximize customer satisfaction through proactive customer support, such aschecking priority orders and returns. Adhere to and ensure all Sportsmantspolicies and procedures are maintained. Refer unresolved customer complaints to designated department for furtherinvestigation and resolution.

Qualifications

 High School Graduate or General Education Degree Retail, sales or other customer service-related experiences are encouraged toapply. 1 - 2 years sales and face-to-face customer service experience preferred Ability to take care of the clients' needs while following company procedures Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to act calmly under strain and stress, and of not being hasty or impetuous
