Grow with us as we continue to expand our network of locations and services.Responsibilities: Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable local, city, state and federal laws and statutes. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; reviewing and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems Assist Divisional Director in the establishment, communication and confirmation of ongoing understanding of the key performance metrics for dealerships operations, aligned with the defined Strategic Plans and financial objectives (including asset management) Drive accountability and achievement of dealerships departmental financial goals and work with underperforming locations on action plans to meet objectives Develop and improve Operations policies and procedures. Ensure these policies and procedures are understood and followed by departmental personnel Conduct ongoing process improvement projects that drive operational efficiencies, reduce costs and improve customer experience. Lead change management to leverage these improvements across the entire network and drive consistency. Ensure that best practices are implemented within the operational departments at the Company’s dealerships Assist Divisional Director by representing Rush Truck Centers as the face to Operations for your division’s OE. Be the conduit of communication and maintain awareness of manufacturer programs and policies to ensure dealership department employees are educated about these programs and policies Assist managers in resolving complex issues with customers and manufacturers Drive sales performance expectations to attain budgeted goals Mentor managers and support them in developing career development curriculums for department employees.
