Director of Broker Sales is responsible for growing sales in the broker market for Globe Life Liberty National Division by leveraging relationships with brokers nationwide and building relationships with our existing Agency Owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and contract brokers who Liberty National can partner with in the worksite market.
  • Work through existing Agency Owners to build their network of existing broker relationships so that they can partner with Liberty National in the worksite market.
  • Influence existing home office leadership team to add the broker market into their mix of production.
  • Coordinate with home office departments to build and develop materials and technology to enable broker market growth.

Required Skills:

Required Skills:

  • Must have expansive knowledge of the broker market - 10+ years' experience preferred
  • Candidate must have expansive relationships with brokers nationwide who already work in Liberty National's market
  • Preferred candidate has experience working in a corporate environment and proven track record of managing a sales division
  • Ability to influence leaders who are not direct reports.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a wide audience from agents to executive leadership.
  • Candidate must be physically able to perform duties through weekly air travel.
  • Able to travel weekly.

Required Experience:

  • College degree preferred but not required
  • 10+ years of experience in the broker market
