Maintenance Technician/Make Ready

Basic job description: Prepare apartment homes for rental

Applicant must have diversified knowledge of appliance repair, general electrical, minor plumbing, carpentry, dry wall, and general handyman work.

Applicant will be expected to complete a wide variety of residential service requests, correcting the issue within 24 hours when possible

The job requires some evening and weekend hours for on-call emergencies

Applicant must have at least 1-3 years experience, basic tools, a valid driver's license and transportation to and from work. Good customer relations and service is a priority.

Applicants appearance will be neat, clean and professional at all times throughout the workday and/or whenever present at the apartment community and must comply with all expectations as demonstrated in the employee policies

All applicants must undergo a nationwide criminal background check. Reference required

Wages negotiable depending on experience, references and work history.
