Executive Report Writer / Report Developer

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in presentation frameworks (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Visio, Power BI, etc)
• Direct experience working in multi-dimensional development projects / programs with diverse technology stack and global deployments
• Expertise in compiling artifacts for senior executives
• Ability to draft engaging storylines
• Quickly understand the business and technology landscapes through the stakeholder lens and compile crisp and concise reports for senior stakeholder consumption
• Must be able to connect solutions to problem areas
• Must approach through an analytical mindset
• Working to deep knowledge of financial products
• 4+ years of business analysis experience
• Knowledge of best practices in data visualization; shows creativity in developing visualizations which communicate effectively
• Knowledge of databases used for storing and managing data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to understand detailed problem resolution discussions and condense pertinent facts for senior leadership
• Ability to collect, organize and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Critical thinking skills with the ability to identify data quality issues quickly, addressing / escalating / resolving with priority
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
• Strong familiarity with SDLC and best practices
• Ability to communicate at the executive to the developer level
• Exposure to cloud based technologies and frameworks is a plus
• Sound understanding of business analysis concepts and principles
• Focus on enhancing business relationships by ensuring high quality of work provided by self and others
• Must be a self-starter, effective listener, problem solver and team player

• Will convert at either C12-C13 level
• Must have excellent communications skills- will be conversing with senior level execs. Must have the ability to sit in meetings and get the net message for power point presentations
• Will be writing status reports for senior execs (metrics, value add)
• Must have very good powerpoint skills
• Must be comfortable working with reporting (numbers, data)
