Senior Database Developer/Architect

JOB TITLE: Senior Database Developer/Architect MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important): 7-10 years of solid hands on experience with database development. Expert in developing complex queries, stored procedures, functions, joins , views and using various reporting tools 5+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server 5+ years of experience with Oracle 3+ years of experience with Cassandra DB 5+ years of experience with performance tuning for database queries, stored procedures Experience with debugging and supporting Java/J2EE applications Experience with CI/CD process in particular - GIT, Jenkins, Jira, and Confluence. DESIRED SKILLS: Experience with retail Telecom domain with order management applications JOB DUTIES: Work on a team supporting a flagship application for the Verizon call centers and order management that handle sales, service, and tech support. This application is an important part of the overall customer experience. You will lead various projects to develop, implement and maintain this application. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
