JOB SUMMARYWe are looking for RNs to work in one of our Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU).Our Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) RNs provide around-the-clock quality care for newborns and infants suffering from life-threatening conditions. The environment is fast-paced and requires NICU RNs to perform emergency procedures in addition to making routine observations and monitoring each patient's symptoms and progress. On a regular basis, our NICU RNs chart the patient's progress, check vital signs and report concerns to physicians in the intensive care unit. Our NICU RNs also communicate with family members to provide information about treatments, medical options and precautions. Ideal NICU RN candidates must be able to respond to emergencies quickly and provide quality compassionate care to patients and their families at all times. Candidates with Level III or higher NICU experience are strongly encouraged to apply.Location/Facility: Baylor Scott & White Medical Center at IrvingSpecialty/Department/Practice: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)Shift/Schedule: 36 hours/week Full-Time Nights 7pm to 7amBENEFITSOur competitive benefits package includes the following
