As a Digital Analytics & Optimization Specialist, you’ll build the analytical framework that drives higher sales through more effective digital marketing campaigns. Collaborating across channels throughout the organization, you’ll identify opportunities and lead initiatives to build strategy, design tests, and optimize media investments.

A Day In The Life Of A Digital Analytics & Optimization Specialist
  • Optimize marketing strategies by measuring the impact of promotions, product preferences, and shopper journeys
  • Identify and target key audiences, develop A/B tests
  • Apply your expertise in statistics, data management, and analytics to uncover new insights and opportunities
  • Create tags and analyze digital marketing performance using Adobe Launch, Analytics, and Audience Manager
  • Partner with advertising agencies to measure and optimize digital campaigns; measure the ROI of digital media campaigns and optimize our media investment across audiences and platforms
  • Create databases of consumer audiences and media performance metrics. Develop dashboards to share trends and insights.
  • Create monthly and quarterly reports about the drivers of digital performance; share insights and recommendations with channel managers, advertising agencies, and executive leaders

What You Will Need:
  • 5+ years work experience performing web analytics and digital marketing
  • Experience with display, paid social and SEO
  • Experience with online reporting tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
  • Experience in data manipulation and analysis software tools such as SAS / SQL / R / Excel
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau
  • Experience with the design and analysis of experiments, regression, simulation, statistical analysis
  • Knowledge of multi-touch attribution for digital marketing campaigns
  • The ability to synthesize statistical results into persuasive, easily understood insights that drive business opportunities
  • Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team
  • Experience gained through college degree programs, and or certifications is applicable to above skills
