Payroll & HR Administrator

Job Details: Growing IT Solutions and Staffing Company with operations in US, near and offshore is looking for a qualified HR and Payroll Administrator for multi-state payroll and HR Services.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Payroll
  • Prepare and process full-cycle, bi-weekly, multi-state payroll that complies with Company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain compliant payroll legislation for multi-state taxes, withholdings and employer contributions.
  • Audit new hire data to verify employee personal information is correct.
  • Assist in employee on-boarding.
  • Enter authorized payment earning and deduction requests as needed.
  • Analyze, calculate and reconcile payroll by auditing employee’s gross and net pay, taking into consideration salary, overtime, bonuses, incentives and commission.
  • Assist employees with payroll, time/attendance and compensation issues and provide solutions and recommendations.
  • Responsible for preparation of W-2/government forms and year-end reporting
  • Reconcile monthly, quarterly and annual filings with HR Management System
  • Other administrative duties as required.
  • Process all invoices and maintain Accounts Payable and Receivables.
  • Be able to assist with the processing of H1b or green card process.
  • Work independently and help with upscaling of Company’s current HR and Payroll setup

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Strong understanding of multi-state payroll processing along with payroll tax/law (2-4 years)
  • Knowledge of ADP Payroll and HR System/Functions
  • Exceptional analytical skills with an ability to create actionable reports from data.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to take initiative and be self-managed
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Professionally handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting or related field
  • Proficiency with ADP payroll and benefits management
