Onsite position To ensure success, a Cyber Security Engineer must display an excellent understanding of technology infrastructures using

Firewalls, VPN, Data Loss Prevention, IDS/IPS, Web-Proxy, and Security Audits. Top candidates will be comfortable working with a variety of technologies, security problems, and troubleshooting of the network.

Cyber Security Engineer Requirements:
  • A degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, or related qualification.
  • 5+ years of work experience with incident detection, incident response, and forensics.
  • Experience with Firewalls (functionality and maintenance),

    Office 365 Security and Endpoint Security.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • Great awareness of cybersecurity trends and hacking techniques.
  • Cybersecurity maintenance activities
  • Routine iOS vulnerability review and adjudication
  • Vulnerability review and adjudication Windows and Azure systems
  • Security Operations – focused on cloud systems.
  • Account management and reporting
  • Security incident management control and support
  • Configuration management control and reporting
  • Backup/disaster planning and execution
  • On-going risk assessment, and support for patching, routine pen testing, support for Azure/cloud system updates, etc.
  • Optimize product/system security by creating and reviewing software architecture and detailed design solutions that reflect best practices.
  • Identify and implement software improvements needed to effectively protect against and respond to known and emerging cybersecurity threats.
  • Perform or support security testing such as penetration tests, fuzz testing, and internal/external audits. Coordinate remediation as necessary.
  • Work with Software Development, Systems Engineering, Product Security, and other stakeholders to develop cybersecurity controls.
  • As a team member, contribute significantly to completion of various project activities, from definition, identifying software functional requirements, implementation, code reviews, and final release according to medical device development processes.
  • Cybersecurity certification such as CISSP, CSSLP, or similar
