Cloud Solutions Architect PositionThe Solutions Architect will help identify, verify, and enumerate business and technical requirements for which they will then provide a high-level design and documentation for the solution. After the solution is ratified by the client the Solutions Architect will create tasks for engineering and track them through to completion. The proposed solutions will be deployed in public clouds (AWS or Azure) depending on requirements. The Solutions Architect works with a Cloud Architect/Engineer for cloud solutions and has access to the datacenter engineering team if required for private datacenter solutions.

Responsibilities:• Assist with discovery, research, analysis, design, and delivery of solution(s) that are appropriate for customer's business strategy and align with Omnicom goals• Support, resolve, and document issues that arise in the solution. This may include reviewing designs and recommending improvements to the solution• Schedule and conduct meetings between application teams and infrastructure/operations teams• Coordinate activities between application teams and technical infrastructure/operations teams• Work with cross-functional teams to gather and identify requirements for solution/service needed•Migrate workloads from on-premise locations to cloud platforms• Conduct design reviews with SMEs and operational teams to ensure technical quality and alignment with Omnicom practices• Manage workflow through entire process (discover, assess, plan, deploy, operate) and help maintain ServiceNow ticket history of work • Ensure all Omnicom corporate goals, standards, and objectives are carried out appropriately and denote exceptions through standardized process

Requirements:• Understanding and knowledge of AWS and Azure infrastructure including compute, networking, identity, security, storage, and major PaaS services• Understanding of private datacenter compute, storage, networking, security and infrastructure integration practices and technologies including virtualization, dynamic infrastructure, automation and server consolidation (multi-vendor a plus)• Skilled in deductive reasoning, critical thinking and creative thinking. Solutions will not always be apparent and will require the ability to figure out resolutions based on prior precedence, SME input and requirements • 8 - 10 years of Demonstrated Experience in IT systems analysis and solutions, architecture including implementation and operations for enterprise wide infrastructure and application solutions• 8 - 10 years of experience across the breadth of IT domains (end-point, network, server, application, data, identity, storage, security); the ability to apply that experience to computing paradigms (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS, Cloud Initiatives), redundancy, high availability, failover and disaster recovery and business continuance in a 24/7 environment• Demonstrated Experience in analyzing complex problems, performing data analysis, developing and evaluating options, estimating financial and business implications• Experience in Infrastructure performance analysis in both on-premises and cloud environments• Experience with application migration strategies including preparing detailed migration plans and specifications• IT work experience with an emphasis towards production support of high capacity mission critical enterprise systems• Familiar with project management methodologies such as agile, SDLC, DevOps, SRE, CI/CD, Six Sigma, project schedules, etc.• Knowledge of ITIL Process Framework
