We're expanding to Texas! Rapid Restore is THE fast growing roofing company in New York and now expanding to Houston, Texas. Rapid Restore is a close group of people (mostly family) who work closely together on a daily basis. You will be working directly with the owners to help build, grow and expand the Rapid Restore brand. The environment and culture is exciting, innovative and creative! We are the only ones in our industry coming up with super-duper secret, innovative and new tactics to become the fastest residential roofing company in the U.S. Our in-house team is unmatched.

We are looking to hire a few key players for our Houston division! Roofing sales representatives will be responsible for running and closing pre-qualified leads and generating your own leads through knocking and prospecting. If you have excellent attention to detail, great interpersonal skills, experience in roofing sales and the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner with our customers then this position is perfect for you.

Requirements

- Experience in roofing sales (retail and insurance).

- Able to work 40 hours a week minimum

- Excellent attention to detail

- Drivers License

Responsibilities

In this essential sales role, you are the face of our brand.

You are dedicated to HELPING customers, and as a hands-on leader, you are ready to exceed customer expectations and tackle the goals laid out for you and your team. Your team knows you are an approachable leader who will provide assistance in the field when needed!

This is often the first point of communication with the customer, so you will be an important representative of our company. We provide you with all the knowledge and tools to enable you to communicate what we do and assist customers in determining their particular needs. You will be required to quote jobs, conduct presentations in the home, and take crucial measurements on site.

You will need advanced customer service skills and sales experience, ideally in the roofing industry. You will need top-quality communication skills, both verbal and written. You need computer skills and a reliable form of transportation. You also need to be able to perform to a very high standard in an environment driven by results.

- Self-motivated experienced sales professionals

- Excellent negotiating skills and strong closing skills

- Professional appearance and a positive attitude is a must

- Must have a cell phone or tablet with cellular

- Reliable Transportation, be able to transport a ladder

- Valid driver’s license & Social Security Card

- Willingness to knock on doors and make cold calls

- Honesty and Integrity is a must with a Strong Work Ethic

- Clean personal hygiene.

- The understanding that you will need to physically inspect roofs.

- Ability to use basic computer programs

- Xactimate or adjusting knowledge a plus

- References, Clean Background Check

This is a full time position consisting of a base salary plus commission. Experienced reps can expect to make $250k+ easily.
