If you are a self-starter with strong technical understanding and excellent communication and social skills, this Business Analyst position may be for you. This full-time opening is for a Client Success Business Analyst in the Houston, Texas area.

Your responsibilities in this role

- Work in close partnership with development team to invent and analyze product requirements to meet business goals

- Work together with designers to develop wire-frames, interactions, and user flows

- Evaluate business, technical, and functional requirements

- Assist with creating documentation for software solutions, using a customer-focused approach

- Develop detailed user stories and profiles

- Collaborate with development and QA teams to test and implement new corrections and improvements

- Create innovative and highly usable solutions for new product specifications

Requirements

- 4+ years of professional technology client management/support roles in healthcare industry, experience working with providers, health plans, brokers, medical management companies, or at a healthcare data analytics provider or equivalent educations

- Account management experience

- HealthCare Industry experience preferred and Application Support with Healthcare product

- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills with the demonstrated ability to identify and make decisions based on complex client request

- Business analysis experience desired

- Awareness of usability and application performance considerations
