Field Supervisor for Residential Construction Company

The Field Supervisor will be responsible of performing and supervising new construction projects, including but not limited to, communication with subcontractors, consultants, real estate agents, assisting in obtaining necessary permits and completing all task according to assigned schedule and quality expectations.

Work with project management in the timely completion of new construction projects.

Maintain effective communication and follow up with suppliers, subcontractors and management.

Perform and oversee specified scope of work.

Assist with obtaining necessary permits for commencement and continuation of projects.

Review code and safety issues.

Maintain a professional image and attitude.

Other duties as assigned

Knowledge and/or experience in construction project management is preferred, in order to converse with contractors, vendors, compliance and regulatory officials, construction project managers, and others about specific issues related to capital projects.

Proficiency in managing multiple timelines and projects simultaneously, setting priority, and working with little or no direct, daily supervision.

Understanding of construction, municipality relations, plan reading and permitting process and procedures.

Possession of a valid driver's license.

Must be bilingual, speak SPANISH AND ENGLISH.
