Concrete Foreman

Must be willing to learn.

Read and interpret blueprints.

Supervise crew members and delicate tasks.

Prepare site work.

Install underground Storm.

Overseeing all activities pertaining to concrete preparation, placement, installation, finishing, and curing.

Resolve all problems on-site regarding concrete, site work, and storm.

Must be able to operate heavy equipment (Dozer, Excavator, Skid steer ETC).

Good Communication skills with Project Managers, Estimators, workers, and office.

Schedule inspections if needed.

Bilingual will be preferred.

Knowledge of basic phone application skills.

5 years of foreman experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
