Location: PROVARE – 5102 Washington Avenue, Houston, TX

Provare is one of Houston’s busiest and most in-demand restaurants, known for delivering bold creole and Italian flavors, high energy, and top-tier service. We’re currently expanding our back-of-house team and are actively looking for experienced grill cooks and line cooks who can perform at a high level in a fast-paced, scratch kitchen.

Position Details:

Job Title: Line Cook & Expo

Pay: Line Cook $16-$20 per hour (depending on experience)

Expo $16-18 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule: Guaranteed 40 hours per week (full-time)

Location: Central Houston (Washington Ave District)

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of experience on the line or grill in a high-volume, full-service restaurant

Ability to cook made-to-order dishes quickly and consistently using fresh ingredients

Familiar with working multiple stations under pressure – including sauté, grill, fry, pantry, and plating

Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow recipes and plating standards precisely

Strong knife skills and familiarity with prepping ingredients from scratch daily

Comfortable handling rushes and maintaining clean, efficient workstations

Must show up on time, be reliable, and work well in a team environment
