Customer Service Specialist
Texas, Houston, 77001 Houston USAThe position is responsible for ensuring that customer orders (or requisitions) are being processed and fulfilled by the Consolidated Service Center (CSC) in a timely and complete fashion. This will involve regular written and verbal communications with customers, CSC personnel, buyers, vendors to resolve order fulfillment shortages, errors, or discrepancies, and assist with implementation of corrective action to prevent future issues. The customer service rep will also process customer returns and work with customers to reduce overstocks. The Customer Service Representative may take on additional responsibilities as the scope of the CSC evolves to best serve the needs of the healthcare system. This position reports to the CSR/Purchasing Manager for the CSC.
