Junior Account Representative

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Junior Account Representative to provide sales support to our customers. You will be assisting our sales team with developing sales and pricing plans, communicating with customers to determine their needs, and conducting research to identify new sales leads.

Salary range: $43000 - $53000 per year.

• Working with clients to fully understand their business objectives, target markets communications strategy.

• Analyzing and extracting findings from consumer, brand, and market research to support the preparation of brand communication strategies and creative briefs.

• Work collaboratively on cross-functional tasks across all operations, merchandising, and production departments to ensure accurate and successful events.

• Prepare and file local compliance reporting as necessary.

• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or similar.

• Previous experience in a sales environment will be advantageous.

• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.

• Proficiency in office software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Express.

• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

• Great organizational and time-management skills.
