Job Description:

The BI & Analytics Business Analyst will be responsible for acting as a partner with the Data & Analytics CoE to facilitate and implement various data driven technical solutions for Techwave clients in North America. This individual requires a high level of understanding of complex BI, Data Science and Analytics as a Service concepts. The BI & Analytics Business Analyst will be client facing and will be an integral part of project work from requirements gathering through testing.

Responsibilities:

Collecting and analyzing business requirements and transferring knowledge to Data & Analytics CoE team
Evaluating the data collected through task analysis, business process, surveys and workshops
Providing suggestions during the solution development stage to meet the client’s business needs
Preparing accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents
Communicating effectively with external clients
Process and work flow documentation

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a Business, Marketing or Data Analyst role.
Conceptual understanding of the use of Data Science solutions to solve complex business challenges
Experience in the hardware distribution domain is highly desired
Outgoing personality with the ability to engage Sr. Stakeholders
Mathematical aptitude
Natural project management skills
Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information
Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
