We are currently seeking a highly driven Principal Consultant to join our team in Houston, TX, Austin, TX or Dallas, TX.

Principal Consultants (PC) are strategic advisors to Enverus' clients that have access to our state-of-the-art platforms.

This team drives adoption by proactively engaging key champions within the client’s organization to drive value and feedback on key product and technical insights.

The PC will facilitate Enverus solution integration within the customer’s organization as well as integration with key Enverus functional groups to enhance workflows, improve productivity, and creating a long-term partnership with the organization.

The PC will collaborate with the Account Executive to create a successful program strategy with tailored solutions that align with the customer’s vision and organizational goals.

Performance Objectives :

Assist sales team in strategic account pursuits representing data, analytics, and the underlying methodologies underpinning our energy intelligence

Work with sales team to ensure proper follow up and action items are documented and followed up on

Assist Sales Executive on account preparation for a successful onboard and create an ongoing customer engagement plan

Define and execute an onboarding strategy for various business units within multiple accounts

Responsible for proactively providing feedback to internal teams and managing the successful resolution

Bring new ideas and perspectives on how the client can better recognize the Enverus value (i.e. presentations, analyst meetings, and Insight Events, etc.)

Primary liaison for the communication of Prism enhancement updates to the clients

Proactively identify important client 3rd Party Stories and Key Business Value Drivers, ensuring proper documentation in Salesforce

Identify Champions / Stakeholders

Assist in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and Executive Summary with the Sales Executive

Plan and execute on-site learning events and product refresher meetings

Build Enverus Brand awareness.

Promote long-term relationship(s) and full company engagement

Assist in the ongoing training of new and existing Principal Consultants on client engagement best practices

Competitive Candidate Profile :

Understand the fundamentals of economic analysis and the Exploration and Production (E&P) industry.

Highly computer literate with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

Self-motivated, task-oriented personality with a strong work ethic and desire to learn

Ability to collaborate with multiple functional and geographical groups concurrently across multiple time zones

Excellent organizational skills, high level of attention to detail, and ability to multi-task

Relishes working on teams and embraces constructive feedback as part of the learning process

Education Requirements :

Undergraduate degree (Engineering, Finance, Geology, Economics, Business preferred)
