You Can Reach me directly at Desk-| Cell-lt;/i> Role: IPT/VOIP Technical Lead Location; Houston, TX (customer location only, remote is not an option) Full Time Job Description: Daily Operational Support Management, administration and maintenance of IPT physical and virtual platforms includes but not limited to:
- Management, administration and maintenance of Physical and virtual IP Telephony platforms including but not limited to adds/moves/change/decommission, troubleshooting, integration, migrations, upgrades, system restorations, and security mitigations.
- Management, administration, and maintenance of the Cisco Call Manager and Voice gateways to warrant 100% uptime and optimize performance.
- Management, administration and maintenance of Cisco Unity express and Cisco Contact Center Express includes (but not limited to) add/move/change/delete, troubleshooting, integration, upgrades, migrations, and security mitigations.
- Coordination and focal contract with third parties (i.e. OEM vendors, service providers, internal Global SABIC teams).
- Coordinate, execute and support all activities for new site and site relocation of IP Telephony infrastructure
- Proactively monitoring the IP Telephony.
- All Cisco network devices are monitor through Cisco Prime.
- All IP Telephony devices are monitor through IR Prognosis.
- Management access is through SABIC regional PAM instances.
