Accounts Payable Clerk

Provide customer service to internal business partners

Maintain proper storage of invoices, checks, and other documents by organizing, logging, scanning, and filing them

Support the AP/Finance Department by completing administrative tasks

Facilitate internal and external audits as needed

Open, sort, and distribute daily department mail

Carry out additional tasks as assigned

Operate full-cycle A/P

Manage the process of verifying, logging, and mailing checks, including expediting special handling Requirements - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must

Expense Reconciliation experience required

Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)

SAP experience

Expense reports experience

Cash applications experience preferred

2+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred

AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred

Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds

Ability to work within spreadsheets and databases
