Title Clerk

Description Our client located in the Houston Galleria area is currently in need of a Title Clerk on a contract to possible full-time basis. The responsibilities of the Title Clerk will be data entry, making follow up phone calls to customers if an account has any missing information, assist with opening incoming mail, scanning loan documents into the system, providing excellent customer service to all customers. The Title Clerk must be able to look up information, perform data entry, make outbound calls to get account information to ensure everything is completed for title work. Basic knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel required. Strong communication and customer service needed with a strong attention to detail.
