- 2+ years of experience in leading large-scale migration programs with hands-on expertise in two or more of the following domains: migration strategy design, migration business case creation, application portfolio analysis, application assessment, migration tool implementation, migration execution, and operational integration.
- 2+ years of implementation experience with distributed applications & systems architecture
- 2+ years’ experience working with modern cloud compute technology like Containers, Kubernetes, Serverless, AWS RDS, Docker
- Experience migrating or transforming mission critical workloads to the public cloud
- Deep understanding of Cloud Computing technologies and migration challenges
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues simply and convincingly to a wide range of audiences
- Strong background in linux/Unix and/or Windows administration Experience working with AWS cloud migration and AWS Cloud Operations
- Strong analytical skills to analyze data and make recommendations
- Working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies
- Understanding of infrastructure and services required for CNA (Cloud Native Applications)
