Knowledgeable of Excel and Word

Meet, greet, and ensuring employees arrive and check-in at site

Monitor employees attendance, no call/no show and provide attendance updates to leadership

Welcome new hires, assist with training and tours as needed

Ensure all specific documentation is completed

Train new employees on timekeeping processes in addition to ensuring the employees clocks in and out in a timely manner

Participate in start of shift meetings as needed and covers daily announcements

Provide additional training/assignment instruction, as needed

Monitor employees performance during shift ensuring the team is productive, quality of work is maintained, and safety practices are performed

Correct improper work method

Observe employees periodically to verify correct safe lifting techniques and other safety procedures are being followed; immediately stop any observed unsafe behavior and provide effective corrective steps

Ensure that safety incidents are reported, and documentation is completed for OSHA tracking within 24 hours

Assist in in determining and investigating any safety incident or injury trend to reduce re occurrence.

Partner with leadership on all incident investigations

Responsible for controlling and directing the day-to-day work
