Schedule project team meetings/classes, including coordinating schedules to facilitate maximum participation
Develop and/or maintain PowerPoint, Excel, and Word documents to support the program in preparation for meetings/classes and other presentations
Coordinate and/or develop education materials as needed to support education of all staff including providers and administrators
Develop agendas, minutes, supporting materials, and memos supporting patient experience programs.
Coordinate all materials developed with communications partners to disseminate information regarding the program
Assists program manager, project director and director to support internal clients with program information and metrics data
Maintains monthly, quarterly and annual patient experience and provider data reports as required (in-house or online)
Consistently responds to administrative and clinical requests for patient experience, patient-centered care educational needs and metrics
Coordinates resource information, education and data updates through SharePoint
Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTSEducationRequired: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.Preferred: Master's degree.ExperienceRequired: Three years project/program coordination experience. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.
