DescriptionThe main responsibilities are:

  • Managing the product managers and UX resources to build better digital experiences
  • Enhancing the digital user and customer experiences through all aspects of the business
  • Implementing, updating and reporting on KPIs through the internal analytics
  • Routinely monitoring and synthesizing product feedback from surveys, meetings
  • Communicating findings to the leadership team to inform development and sales strategy
  • Escalating web issues gleaned through customer feedback to the web development team
  • Familiarity around product optimization including User Research and A/B Testing Best practices

ProfileThe main qualifications are:

  • E-Commerce Experience is a MUST
  • Data background, with Hands-On Analytics Experience is a MUST
  • Experience with Machine Learning is Preferred
  • Hands On experience with Customer Data is a MUST
  • 7+ years of relevant management and leadership experience
  • 7+ years of user interface and/or user experience design (UI/UX)
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels of the organization
  • Experience with building/designing/launching e-commerce functionality preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with e-commerce functionality
  • Deep familiarity with leading Scrum/Agile routines
