Required Qualification Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Houston TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations. Experience in .NET API development

Preferred Qualification At least 6 years of experience in Application development At least 3 years C#, ASP .NET Core, Webservices(SOAP/REST), SQL Server Proficient in C#, TypeScript, and ASP.NET Core 2. Working experience in developing applications on Cloud AWS or Azure (Mandatory) Proficient in CI/CD, DevOps, and agile ways of working including the common practices of Agile, Scrum Proficient in modern software design patterns, automated testing, and fault-tolerant systems. Message/Event-Based processing, such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Event Hub, Stream Analytics Ability to analyze and document designs in fulfillment of technical or business requirements. Git source control. Proficient in modern API and User Interface development using modern web and mobile frameworks.Good experience in Unit Testing principles and tools Experience in Telecom Domain will be a strong plus Competent in Agile execution Process Should have good Analytical and communication skills Ensure compliance to processes set by clients Ability to work in a collaborative multi-application team environment. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment Folks with AWS/Azure certifications preferred
