You must have minimum 1- 3 years of MILLWORK INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE. This is NOT an entry level position. Minimum 3 years with AutoCAD and/or 3 years as a MILLWORK drafter. Although we are looking for experience, we will consider you for a entry-level drafting position if you have a certificate.

You must be a pro at reading blueprints, spatial visualizing and working in 3D.

You must be a pro at Excel, PDF manipulation, AutoCad or similar cad software.

You will work with a team of experienced and dedicated individuals who will support your growth and progress.

You will have clearly defined roles with clear expectations for your work.

You will quickly and efficiently read and analyze construction blueprints for relevant information.

You will use AutoCAD or similar cad software to create technical drawings based on company standards.

You will conduct research and run calculations.

You will work lots of hours. (40 hour a week people don’t bother to apply. we do not want you)

You will have deadlines. (some of which will be unrealistic).

You will be paid very well.
