Customer Service Representative

At Oaks Cleaners, we pride ourselves on being the best premium dry cleaner in Houston! Located in the beautiful upscale neighborhood of River Oaks, we have served Houstonians for 20+ years. We are a proud family owned business with enthusiastic and passionate staff. We are looking for an experienced customer service rep. that can provide "world class" customer service to enhance the Oaks Cleaners experience for clients. Roles & Responsibilities:

-Answer phone calls and messages from customers

-Handle customer pickup and drop-off

-Check reports and maintain store inventory

-Use POS system for customer transactions

-Mark in/process clothing

-Maintain a neat and clean workspace

-Report to management of issues

Qualifications:

-Strong communication skills

-Computer/tech savvy

-Patient and sympathetic attitude

-High school diploma

-Fluent in English

-Must be able to read & write English

-1+ years of experience in customer service

-Problem solving skills

-Must be able to stand 8hrs+

-Can lift up to 20lbs
