What you’ll do:

Greet our customers and make them feel at ease by providing the best rental car experience. We provide the perfect vehicle and want our customers to know.

Determine customers’ needs and wants and guide them upsells and product knowledge

Manage vehicle expectations and handle the walk-around and exceptional service

Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction

Maintain excellent personal presentation and management professionalism

What we’re looking for: (may vary by level)

High school diploma

At least one year related sales experience

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Willingness to clean a vehicle if necessary

Ability to work effectively in a small team and Growing Office

Skills and abilities you should have:

- Excellent customer service skills

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

- Strong understanding of marketing programs, events and promotions

- Comfort with social media to advertise and market offers

- Proficiency with various computer applications including mobile applications

- Flexible to manage the store expectations by paying attention to details

- Ability to inspect vehicles for damage, dash lights, spot check for customers

- Deal with and manage vendors and be a team player.
