Bilingual Supervisor-Renovations/Restorations

Full Time-Weekly Salary-Bilingual Supervisor Position available at a general contracting company in Houston and surrounding areas.

Overview:

The supervisor oversees crews, manages day to day projects and provides estimates for new jobs. The supervisor is responsible for the assigned clients; including, all work related to the client by correlating with the cleints and work crews.

Job responsibilities/skills are not limited to:

Multitasking, time management, bilingual in Spanish and English (mandatory), problem solving and decision making. Work hours are generally Monday-Friday and occasional weekends may be necessary to complete projects. All work hours are subject to change based on projects and deadlines.

Requirements:

Supervisors are required to have their own vehicle and valid driver's license to commute throughout Houston and surrounding areas for work. 5 plus years of experience in renovations, construction or remodeling is required. Required knowledge of work such as paint, carpet services, concrete, asphalt, roofing, welding, plumbing, electrical, sheet rock, resurfacing and make readies. Valid references must be furnished upon request. Pay will be discussed upon hire. Bonuses and commission are offered along with a company cell phone and uniforms are provided.
