Sr. SQL/ETL Administrator

NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Sr. Software Developer (SQL/ETL Admin) to serve as an expert technical and industry resource to management, clients and development staff in new uses of information technology in all phases of major system and subsystem development. Provides consultation on internal and industry IT technical and business domain process capabilities including leadership in the identification and recommendation of new IT opportunities and business operations as it relates to application development. Formulates, contributes to, and directs task identification, work effort estimates, and work schedules for research, prototype, and proof-of-concept IT activities. Directs and participates in all aspects of development tasks including data management, application architecture and business architecture. Provides guidance to staff on complex assignments and mentors on new technologies.Required Skills: Must have experience in implementing applications in US Health Care systems Must have technical expertise and Admin experience with SnapLogic, REST based services, Agile, DevOPS and Cloud Must have strong technical and working experience in implementing ETL projects and integrating with web applications built with Java, .Net Technologies Must have experience with AWS cloud using tools like Cloud Formation Templates, etc. Must have performed RCA of the incidents (P1 & P2), Triaging for L2 and other stakeholders, problem management, work with Release Manager, send WSRs/CSRs and other reports to client, performs incident trending and review, and other related tasks Understands advanced concepts of Containers, Micro-Services, Continuous Integration Experience in deriving automated testing strategies, including TDD and ATDD Must have worked on Agile software development projects Must have worked in an application environment to break down a complex system into smaller components and coach/lead a team of software engineers to design and develop these components.The Company is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit and business needs.
