Description We currently have a short-term contract / temporary to hire opening for an intelligent, highly-skilled Receptionist in a growing company. This established and recognized company offers a hands-on work environment with fulfilling challenges and is based in the Frisco, Texas region. Then this Receptionist position is for you.Your responsibilities in this roleMaintain various office files and provide general office filing support

Arrange, review, and distribute incoming mail according to specified procedures

Oversee various office files and provide general office filing support

Aid other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks

Create a welcoming environment for visitors

Employ strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency

Put in orders for office and kitchen supplies

Route all incoming phone calls to the appropriate individuals Requirements - Expertise in Receptionist Duties

Solid understanding of Assist Customers

Proficiency in Basic Computer Skills

Answering Inbound Calls experience

Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities

Strong communication and social skills

Excellent phone etiquette and ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele

Confident, quick-witted, resourceful, solution-oriented and tech-savvy

Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
