Primary Job Accountabilities:

Performance/Impact Analysis (Make an assessment on the performance, or other impact the requirement may have on existing environments and the customers affected by the change. Report any risky changes, or changes that would have significant change in behavior, performance, resource utilization, or any other significant factor.)Skills:
  • 2-4 years’ experience supporting Windows PCs
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing hardware on both desktop and laptop PCs
  • Experience installing software, patches, updates on Desktops, Laptops, Servers
  • SCCM Administration experience
Experience troubleshooting basic network, software, printing problems Customer Service Experience a must.Physical and Mental Demands:
