We have an immediate opening for a Contracts Business Analyst with one of our clients in Fort Worth, TX. You will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring the approval process of various contracts previously arranged or department-standard contracts. You'll identify incorrect, inconsistent and incomplete data entries in the designated contract approval workflow on a continuous basis. Interact with procurement, managers, and suppliers within the organization to ensure timely and accurate contract approval and problem resolution. You may be required to review & analyze: Software License Agreements & Renewals; Purchase Agreements; Reseller Agreements; Statements of Work; and, Amendments to Statements of Work. You should have a proven ability to review corporate contracts. Must have a clear understanding of contracts for products and services. Must have a clear understanding of time and materials and fixed bid contracts. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community required. Exceptional customer service skills, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality appropriate for a large corporate environment are essential. The ability to use initiative and judgment in carrying out tasks; strong multi-tasking skills, very good detail orientation with good organizational and retention skills are required. Must be able to perform timely on time-sensitive tasks. Other skills include: Ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns; ability to analyze and interpret financial data; ability to process invoices and create purchase orders based on contracts; ability to analyze and solve problems; and, the ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments. Must have organizing and coordinating skills, and exceptional writing and editing skills. Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Desired skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
