Title: Senior Business Intelligence Manager (Power BI, SSRS, SQL)
Great opportunity with industry leader to be a hands-on manage the Business Intelligence solutions and strategy. This person will responsible for global BI strategy and execution and lead/mentor a global team of 10+ people and work with the business to understand analytics requirements needed for positive business results. Will make recommendations regarding technical solutions and stay current with technology trends related to BI capabilities and platforms and take ownership for BI solutions, collaborate with Data Science and Data Engineering for BI integrations, troubleshooting, etc. Our client offers a growing, stable work environment as well as excellent benefits! This is a direct hire, hybrid position (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). Our client is unable to sponsor. Required Skills:-Strong hands-on Technical and Functional experience within a Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse environment (10+ years); Solution and/or Consulting oriented mindset-3+ years Management/Supervisory experience of strategy, solutions, processes, standards and day-to-day tasks for BI team -Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft BI Stack to include Power BI, SSRS, and SQL / NoSQL (queries/stored procedures) as well as other BI solutions-Strong experience with relational databases, schemas, dimensional modeling, and data analysis-Advanced Excel skills-Global strategy and execution experience-B2B and/or B2C experience-Strong relationship building and collaboration skills; proven experience mentoring team members for professional growth-Experience creating and documenting detailed business requirements as well as prioritizing/managing BI initiatives to meet deadlines-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong initiative, detail-oriented, able to prioritize and manage projectsPreferred Skills:-Cloud experience Education:-Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferredVacancy expired!
