RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking candidates for one of its top clients in DFW, TX. The Corporate Systems IT Manager will manage an application team responsible for selecting, implementing and supporting business-critical systems for accounting/finance, HR/Payroll, legal and related corporate business areas.

Responsibilities: The Corporate Systems IT Manager will manage an application development and support team using Agile (Scrum) principles Recruit, motivate and lead the team that develops, implements and supports PeopleSoft accounting applications, Ceridian and Kronos HR/Payroll applications, Hyland imaging solutions and other technologies Ensure ongoing team members professional development and training to attain new knowledge, skills and abilities needed to support the company's business objectives Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, business analysts, IT leadership and project managers to plan and execute projects Assist with developing criteria and best practices for vendor selection Collaborate with vendors to identify and allocate internal and external project resources The Corporate Systems IT Manager will manage vendor/contractor relationships including adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA) Lead and/or support integration activities for cross-functional projects Identify and recommend emerging technologies to support the company's IT strategy and business objectives Direct or participate in the collection, analysis, and development of reports (e.g. Sprint capacity, velocity, burn down charts etc.) to ensure continuous improvement and effective utilization of resources to deliver projects Create and maintain resource planning to balance capacity for efficient delivery of production support and project tasks The Corporate Systems IT Manager will work with IT teams to ensure issue & root cause analysis, and problem management as needed for application issues

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or similar combination of education and experience 10+ years of application development and support experience 4+ years of experience as an IT manager Experience implementing and supporting finance/accounting and/or HR/payroll business systems Proven leadership experience managing technology teams Strong mentor and coaching abilities to ensure effective growth plans of technology teams Strong project management, process improvement, and financial management skills Possess confidence working in a timeline driven environment Excellent verbal and written communications skills
