Job Description: The Project Manager will be a seasoned technologist who has 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, data engineering and a history of technical project successes. The Project Manager will work closely with client’s business and IT teams in order to ensure all deliverables are completed as expected. The Project Manager will also ensure all activities and documentation are in line with the client’s culture, business processes and business objectives.

Principle Accountabilities

Provide overall leadership to the project
Develop processes, and maintain project plan
Develop and maintain budget and resource plan
Report project status, risks, issues and mitigations to project leadership team
Review all deliverables for quality assurance
Anticipate data challenges vs. reacting to problems through more efficient means to evaluate performance.
Oversee change management to anchor new metrics, timelines, and analytic routines.
Align with client’s senior leaders and our consultants around strategy and road map.
Form collaborative working relations with clients, to be able to articulate business requirements.
Point person / senior subject matter expert for clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required
10 plus years in Technical Project Management
Cross functional background in both IT and executive exposure
IT acumen on systems, integration complexities and practical approaches to resolving issues to meet project needs

Good project planning and management skills for complex situations with a long-term planning horizon
Strong interpersonal, communication, writing, presentation and consulting skills for successful interaction with the clients and team
