Performing financial modeling on various financial products as well as measure, analyze, and forecast performance in conjunction with operating plans. Additional tasks will consist of advising management on the allocation of resources to best accomplish objectives and preparing reports for management. The Financial Analyst role is a permanent employment opportunity in the Fort Worth, Texas.Your responsibilities in this roleWork with senior executives on strategic deep dives by developing financial models and insights on topics such as: Retention forecasts, Campaign Planning & Tracking, return on investment of strategic investments, strategic resource allocation and prioritization, and event tracking and execution

This position requires a flexible individual who is adept at managing expectations and comfortable with handling large amounts of information

Edit and manage forecasting reports

Understand and be able to explain internal and external drivers impacting performance and trending

Look over performance to date while assessing potential opportunities and risks

Keep track of monthly and quarterly performance by comparing actuals versus expectations and enabling business partners to handle their resources

Drive Area/Segment-level Bookings on a weekly, quarterly and annual basis, as well as P& L forecasting

Work closely with cross functional partners in Accounting and Operations to execute against plans

Work on monthly and quarterly financial close processes in collaboration with the Accounting team

Enable successful Business Intelligence (BI) to deliver valuable foresight and decision support

Lead monthly reporting to business partners on financial results and if any actions are required

BA/BS degree in finance or a related field

Skills in problem solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets highly desired (such as in derivatives, structured finance, or business analytics or in a similarly demanding and analytical role)

1+ years of experience in problem solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets highly preferable (such as in derivatives, structured finance, or business analytics or in a similarly demanding and analytical role)

Strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and ability to build as well as deliver effective presentations

Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)

Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools experience a plus

Familiar with Spreadsheet and ERP system

Explain Variance experience

Strong familiarity with budget forecasting

Comprehensive knowledge of financial analysis
