Our B2B client in DeSoto is looking to add a Marketing Director to their team! This is a full-time position with benefits with a very stable, growth-oriented company within the building supply and construction industry.

As the Marketing Director, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing program, brand and digital marketing strategies to build brand loyalty with external and internal customers and vendors.

Overview:Marketing Management• Develop annual plans based on core goals and business objectives.• Execute within the annual marketing budget.• Ensure that the brand remains high quality and consistent • Create and manage project timelines.• Produce and manage the rewards program.• Produce and manage customer events.• Develop sales and merchandising tools, including promotions, sell sheets, catalogs, displays, sales kits, signage, etc.• Create and execute social media strategy.• Quarterly review with company leadership-communicating accomplishments, learnings and next steps.

Department Management• Establish and maintain an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the department's objectives

Requirements:• Bachelors Degree in a related field.• Minimum of 5-7 years of marketing management experience.• Knowledge of the building supply, construction or millwork industry is highly preferred • Graphic design skills are a plus but not required
