- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing operations type role in a high-tech/fast-pace corporate environment
- Advanced knowledge of project and program management tools and techniques
- Experience managing/leading marketing projects from requirements gathering to delivery
- Previous hands-on experience with marketing tools and programs like Canva, WordPress, and HubSpot
- Good prior experience with email marketing, web/online marketing, social media marketing, search engine marketing, and display media marketing
- Must be an extremely strong writer with an eye for detail and ensuring spelling/grammar mistakes are caught before projects go for review
- Must be an expert with the MSOffice suite and some project management tracking software
- Excellent project management skills required, including the ability to set and meet tight deliverable deadlines for multiple simultaneous projects while assuring brand accuracy and consistency
- Team player with strong cross-functional and communication skills
- Strategic thinker, who can help build processes and act as an advisor to teams in a fast-paced, global environment
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and other teams (Content, Events, AR/PR etc) to define requirements
- Prepare and package projects, so they are ready to publish, promote, and distribute to the appropriate internal team members and external viewers
- Design and prepare content delivery (new blog needs, social media posts, canva graphics, text, website updates, etc)
- Develop project plans, facilitate project meetings and calls, assigns tasks, communicate issues, seek and recommend resolutions
- Manage the project development in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines while providing the team with the quality assurance needed to minimize errors found on the website, online advertising campaigns, email newsletters, and social media accounts
- Maintain relationships with outside creative and website vendors while ensuring branding is correctly represented
- Spearhead internal campaigns to improve copywriting, design, editing, and proofing to further the team’s multimedia and editorial best practices
- Provide status updates on a consistent basis about progress and completion of various projects
- Escalate project risks and issues to appropriate leadership in a timely manner
- May be required to train and manage additional junior staff
