A leading construction company located in McKinney, Texas is looking to hire a Service Desk Analyst III on a contract to hire basis. This company is known for being one of the fastest growing construction companies in the United States. They want to form the strongest national network of independent roofing distributors to deliver the industry's best products and services. This analyst will work as an integral part of their Information Technology team to provide support for approximately 3,600 users in their corporate and Branch locations. This position will also conduct Active Directory end user maintenance and will effectively troubleshoot and triage customer hardware and software issues. This analyst will be the first line of support for all technical issues submitted. This analyst should have solid experience with tier 3 support. Required Skills & Experience
- High-school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
- 3-5 years related desktop administration experience
- Active Directory
- Troubleshooting
- Effective communication skills
- Hardware and Software experience
- Ability to resolve issues via phone calls/text messages
- Ability to work with a team
- Competitive Pay: Up to $30/hour, DOE
- Contract Duration: 6 - 12 Months, possible CTH
