Residential Staff Supervisor

Morning Starr New Beginnings is a warm, family-style Type A Assisted Living home seeking a compassionate and dependable Residential Staff Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure quality care, and lead our direct care team. The Supervisor is responsible for maintaining compliance with Texas HHSC Assisted Living Regulations, supporting staff, and promoting a safe, respectful, and home-like environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and schedule direct care staff

Ensure compliance with HHSC Assisted Living Regulations

Oversee resident care, safety, and documentation

Support staff training, performance, and communication

Maintain a positive, team-oriented atmosphere

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED (required); college degree preferred

Minimum 2 years of experience in assisted living or residential care, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role

CPR/First Aid certification and background check required

Computer-literate with strong leadership and communication skills
