Maintenance Make Ready - LNP (North Dallas)

We are currently looking for a Make Ready Maintenance Position for a 424+ unit community in Dallas, Texas.

Essential Duties:

- Pick up ground and make sure the property looks clean

- Trash out units for make ready products

- Make ready and painting apartments as necessary

- Assist in preventative maintenance

- Maintain organization of the Maintenance work shop

- Have a positive attitude and maintain safety while at work

- Willing to be On-Call

Required skills & Experience:

- Must have two years’ experience in apartment make ready position

- Must have valid Texas Driver's License and the right to work in the United States

- Successful completion of drug screen and criminal background prior to employment are required.
