Multi-unit, multi-location, restaurant, service background, or franchising background is a plus.

Responsibilities

Inspect all customer accounts Monthly/Quarterly to insure that Stratus standards are being maintained.

Constantly work to sell Special Services work during quality inspections and during routine customer contacts. (Strip & Wax, Carpet Shampoos, Post Construction).

Along with the Office Manager, assist in keeping the customer files in order

Set up account starts and provide assistance wherever needed to insure that the Franchise owner starts the account properly.

Perform a walk through with the potential Franchise owner and the contact person at the new account, pick up keys (make extra set), and get alarm codes.

Provide on-site training to new Franchise owners by completing the work schedule with that owner on their first night, or in some cases, more than one night to insure a smooth start up.

Provide ongoing training to Franchise owners as needed.

Set up training classes that will continue to make our Franchisees the best in the commercial cleaning industry.

Assist the Owner in giving Franchisees accurate feedback with regard to their cleaning quality, training, and overall Account satisfaction.

Follow up and resolve any customer complaints. Response time to the complaint must be kept to a minimum (no more than one hour). Under no circumstances should the customer have to repeat the complaint to another Stratus Representative in order to get action on the complaint.

Strive to be a team player and complete any other duties upon request.
