You get a Guaranteed hourly wage of $24.00 per hour, 30 to 40 hour work week +plus+ daily weekly monthly bonuses & commission. There is no catch to the hourly wage, and you get paid every single week, if you're here for all shifts you will get paid at least $700 before taxes every single week.

Our bonuses are paid out in cash daily as well as weekly and monthly and usually consist of an extra $500 to $1000 dollars per month. Our commission structure starts at a .05% & can go up to 3% once someone accrues $50k in volume during any given month. Our average sale is $10k so hitting $50k is not a big challenge, in fact our top producers generate over $70k a month pretty consistently and many times they generate over a $100k in business and when you add it all up their monthly income exceeds $5,000.
