Caregiver for Active Medically Complex Kiddo

We are moving to Plano (by the Tollway) in mid-August and are looking for a full-time caregiver for our active 8-year-old son who is medically complex and has ADHD/autism starting the week of August 16th. We are looking for someone who will become part of the team and who is looking for a nursing position without having to chart all the time. We need someone who is comfortable with driving our son to and from therapy, doing online zoom therapies, and otherwise play with him at home/the park and provide therapeutic support where needed (e. g., nebs, gtube feeds, etc.). He also has a trach, which doesn't require much care during the day, and we are happy to train the right person. Reliability is a must. Our caregivers typically stay with us for years and are like members of the family.
